Nowadays, so many fashion bloggers are writing on topics other than just fashion. I thought I’d join the trend and try a recipe post. Although, this recipe is so easy I’m not sure it’s even fair to call it a recipe. This healthy snack is so simple to prepare and is great for satisfying a sweet tooth. Actually, this recipe satisfies three important conditions I look for when cooking: easy, healthy, and inexpensive. You might even have all the ingredients on hand already.
Ingredients:
– Ripe bananas (I used three)
– Greek yogurt of your choice (I used non-fat vanilla)
– Optional: dried fruit, nuts, shredded coconut, etc. (I used cranberries)
Step 1: Slice bananas.
Step 2: Coat bananas generously with yogurt.
Step 3: Sprinkle on a topping if you’d like.
Step 4: Freeze for about 30 minutes, then enjoy!Let me know what you think.
