Replace Your Hunters with These Handmade Rain Boots

Replace Your Hunters with These Handmade Rain Boots

You may remember my previous post where I wrote that I’m over Hunter boots. There are so many more stylish and more unique alternatives that should be on your wish list instead. My new favorite ‘Hunter alternatives’ are these fun lace-up boots by Ilse Jacobsen. They’re handmade in Denmark and are available locally at Jayne Boutique. If you’re in the market for a new pair of rain/cold weather boots, why not support a small business? The boots are available at three of Jayne’s locations: Forest Park, La Grange and Highland Park.

I’m wearing the Rub 15 style in Inidgo. There is also a shorter and taller height and tons of different colors. These boots are super durable and have a warm lining. They can easily withstand any crazy Chicago weather including rain, wind, or snow. When fashion meets function, you can’t go wrong. P.S. Alexa Chung owns the shorter height in Indigo!!

I’m currently home in sunny California for winter break. Keep an eye out for another rain boot look once I get back to the Windy City.
