Habitual pants | Rebecca Vallance top
I had so much fun in this outfit that I wore to brunch last weekend. It’s a little outside of my comfort zone but I always like breaking away from my typical jeans. These high-waisted pants are so comfortable and slimming with the side stripe. I tucked in a light pink top to avoid looking too matchy matchy and wore my white boots because it’s not warm enough yet in Chicago to wear open-toed shoes.
Sporty isn’t typically my style, but I think the top and bag keeps this look feminine enough for me. Shop my look and similar pant styles at the end of this post.
I rented these pants and this top from Rent the Runway, but the pants are also available for purchase at Nordstrom and are pretty affordable. I would consider buying them since they’re such a classic and versatile style. They run a pretty big and the waist band is stretchy so I would size down.
My exact pair of white boots are sold out but I found some similar styles that are linked below. My bag is from Henri Bendel and is also no longer available. I’m hoping they bring this style back soon.
